Why do conservatives hate abortion but love sending our young men and women to Iraq to die? You know, if you really think about it, everyone who is on a far end of the political spectrum (either end) operates in hypocrisy all the time. It's so funny to hear a right-winger accuse a liberal of it, and vice versa, because both sides are incredibly hypocritical.
What we need to do is find our common ground and learn to solve problems from the place where we can agree, instead of continuing to polarize and emphaize our differences. There's nothing wrong with having differences of opinion, but if you stay stuck there, you never get around to real problem-solving.

No, it's further proof that liberals and Democrats actually listen to what African Americans have to say. In both speeches, those two said nothing. I'm African American and although I don't like conservatives in general, I expected better from Love and Davis. Some substance would have been very appreciated.

I live in Alaska, and I see the astonishing hypocrisy of liberals on a regular basis. We have Natives that still whale - it's their tradition - but do the "tolerant" liberals care? No - they just complain.
Hunting and trapping is a MAJOR part of our lifestyle here - again, the "tolerant liberals" don't approve of these activities, so they harass law-abiding Americans. Things got so bad for one guy, I insisted he call the FBI.
I'm really a Libertarian, but I vote Republican because the left just scares the hell out of me.

The communist socialists of the 60's have grown up and fooled enought people, or bought them off, to make it into government. That is why we are having the problems today. Where do you think the stupid idea of political correctness came from. Start standing up to the idiots. Don't sit there a prove their theory that you are an idiot! Thats why we are where we are today in government.
