Here are some more options:
http://local.yahoo.com/results?fr=dd-local-more&stx=free+medical+clinics&csz=Dallas%2C+TX - This link gives you seven locations.
http://www.freemedicalcamps.com/vcamp.php?cityid=6 - This link gives you 20 links.
Keep in mind that many free clinics are run by faith-based organizations (churches), so when you see a church listed, it actually makes sense.
Parkland Hospital is the county hospital. However, waiting in Parkland's outpatient clinic is not for the faint of heart. Hopefully, these other options will be more helpful.

I know many of Parkland clinics are free, There is one Deharo Saldivar on Westmoreland Road. DeHaro-Saldivar Health Center is a Maternal Health and Family Planning/COPC co-located clinic. The address is 1400 N. Westmoreland Road, just south of I30 at the intersection of Remond and Westmoreland. The phone number is 214-590-0580. Clinic hours are: 8AM-5PM on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 12:30PM-5PM on Wednesdays. Hope this helps!

No such thing as a free abortion clinic; you may be able to get a lower cost at a low-income family planning clinic like Planned Parenthood.
