If you're ALWAYS sick on the holidays, it's probably mostly in your head. If you start stressing and worrying that you're going to get sick, your chances are higher - really. When you're stressed, it's easier to get sick.

Try to not think about getting sick, and get plenty of rest. Take Nyquil (or something like it) a for a few nights before the holiday. This will make sure you get a good night's sleep and help stave off any impending cold symptoms.

that coulod be coz u go out and eat some thing that suits not to ur body or u going out effects ur body coz og the change in weather or stuff so stay in door and eat home cooked stuff for a change and enjoy the holiday callin ur freinds home instead take care bye
