The place that is torn was under a lot of tension and and it is kind of hard to pull them together to put back in place. I need something that will bond the 2 pieces back into place un noticeable from the backside in which people cannot see

Walmart has these vinyl and leather repair kits. They're made by a company called "Permatex". I've used this kit several times for repairing vinyl stuff.

It comes with coloured fillers which you can mix to the desired shade to match whatever you're fixing.

It costs around $10. It has worked really well for me on a motorcycle seat, a dining room chair, a car seat, a leather jacket, and a weight bench seat.
