Should the U.S. allow Iraqi refugees to settle?

Seems like every country this nation goes to war with results in an influx of the others country's "refugees" setting up shop here. This country needs to quit with destroying other nations. What do you think?

by destroying, do you mean... getting rid of murderous tyrants, setting up central govts, schools, hospitals, giving people hope, freedom, and basically a REAL life in general??? if so, i hope that they continue to "destroy" other nations. and i don't mind a bit to allow refugees in this country while their home is in a rebuilding process. people need to start putting themselves into other shoes besides their own. most have no idea what it's like to live in that situation. and just like most things, you wouldn't unless you've experienced it. we're trying to do a good thing here, don't make it into something negative just because of who's in the white house. i don't really like the W either. don't care much for his domestic policies. but, i give him credit for having the cahoonas to do something that is/was unpopular. we are in the middle of a war. war is ugly, and most of the time doesn't go the way you planned. but, if we remain focused and have good intentions.. it will work. alot of people in this country are too focused on trying to destroy the other party.. that they lose sight of what's really important. if they spent as much time digging up dirt and complaining as they did working on terrorism... this war would be over in no time at all. god bless america!

What will probably happen because of past history is We will bring about 100,999 in give them money to settle not have to pay taxes for about 4 years then they sign the business over to a cousin who comes in and the beat goes on. The influx of islam will be greater and we now have another Yugoslavia.

Absolutely....most of the refugees are educated and willing to work very hard for a living. I have no problem with any person from anywhere that wants to come to this country and work for a living......immigration has been that engine that has driven America for hundreds of years.

No. During the development of the atom bomb in New Mexico there were 2 scientist that were feeding the former USSR secrets. That was from a pool of screened scientists housed in a barbed wire base. Imagin what Iraqi or Iranian "refugees" could do.
