Recently for the past week, i've been noticing very aggressive headaches before I go to bed. The headaches are then followed be light headed feelings and dizziness. I am not on any medications and cannot figure out why this would be happening. I do not do anything that would lead this on. I do not work hard nor stay up late. My days usually 6-7AM til 11pm-12am They continue to bother me until I fall asleep and can still feel lightheaded come morning but I usually just end up walking it off. I've tried St. Johns Wort (I use that as an alternative instead of antidepressants for about 3 years now) because it helps me sleep but that alone isn't helping my headaches. What could this be? Thanks.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
