I love them, and i might write music reviews for my school newspaper on them, so what do you think?
please not just "they suck" tell me why.

Wolfmother has great rock music you can dance too and they look cool to. Jack Johnson is a mellow laid back guitarist thats nice to listen to with a cup of tea. And the Shins are a cool rock band you gets praise from celebs like Natalie Portman.

Wolfmother - they have good music, kinda sounds like that old rock from the 70s which is awesome. Their cd makes me jump up and down and they're even better when they are in concert. I saw them at the Lollapalooza festival and they rocked! Everyone loved them!
The Shins - I can't remember what they play...
Jack Johnson - He's alright...I bought his cd and it's pretty good.

I don't really know about wolfmother or the shins, but I love Jack Johnson. His songs are about real things, not just the materialistic crap most artists write about. You'll never hear him sing about bling bling or what kind of car he drives.
When I broke up with my girlfriend of five years, I was hurt, angry, upset, confused and a whole lot of other emotions. I remember sitting in my room listening to "In Between Dreams". He singing about heartache and love, pain and joy and it just struck a chord with me. I could listen to his music all day long.
