You call him up, or send him a letter, and ask for his email address.

Google 'people finder email' or something, and you'll probalby be able to find a lot of stuff about him, like his name, EMAIL, address, phone #, and such. People finders are VERY usefull. Or just ask him what his email is.
EDIT: I used Yahoo! people finder: there are no results for his name in the email finder; he may not have an email account.

To send an e-mail you must know the e-mail address.
