My boss is awesome, I like her a lot. She's very fair and understands that sometimes things come up and are more important. Oh I forgot to mention she's also a really good friend of mine outside of work.

My boss is a female, and Im a casual employee, if she dosent like you for some reason, she has the power to only work you the days she likes, and give the work to other people, this will severly alter your take-home pay, and some days she likes you, and will give you a full fortnights work, she is totally psycho!!!!

I couldn't ask for a better boss that I have, we are lucky we have him, and if it wasn't for him, I really don't think I would be at my job. he is fair to all his employees. we are all like family. and when we do something right. he lets us all know. I help out other stores, and it makes me appreciate my boss more.

I couldn't stand my boss at first, but now that we know each other a little better, he is easier to get a long with.
