Is there any way to remove data from iPod and use it else where?

I've seen people recommend a program called iDump for copying songs back to your computer. If that's what you're trying to do, you can try it. It's a free program. I haven't used it, though, since I keep everything that I put onto my iPod stored on my hard drive(200GB). You might have some luck with that. Just do a search for iDump.

Your iPod data is on your hard drive. Burn a CD of it.
