Open the browser. In the upper right hand corner is a large red X. Next to it is a box with two squares in it. Left Click this square and it goes to full screen. You can alternate between screens by clicking in the same box.

If you would like to choose a custom size for the screen, Click the box again and when the small size screen comes up use your mouse to go to the bottom right corner. Holding the left mouse button down, drag the screen to the size you want.

This method works in almost all programs. Just look for the square next to the X to see if there are one or two boxes in it. If so you can resize it.

If you want the window to appear full screen every time you load it.... full screen it how the others have said then hold CTRL and exit the window. When you reload it will load fullscreen.

easy. press the button on the left of the X (which closes the window)
or if you want it in full screen. (i imagine you're using Internet Explorer) press F11. and it will go full screen.

See the three buttons in the upper-right corner of the window? Click the middle one.
