I have done that. I come across a good question and I decide not to answer because others have answered it much better than I could. It is still a good question that`s why I star it.

We have so many good people here, it is just unimaginable. Maybe, they think your question is worthy of a star, even if for some reason, they don't answer it.

They may have used up all of their answers for the day. That sometimes is what I do.

They want to call attention to the question to see how other people answer it even though they don't have an answer themselves.
