There has to be some form of encryption on the drive so that no other PC can read it.... or a password lock on the drive itself.

You cannot, its simply impossible to do what you want it to do. Because a USB flash drive is storage only and it isnt recognized as a special device, just plug and play so it WILL pick it up on any/all computers, there's no way around that. Best thing to do is secure it with a password like you stated.

There's no way possible that I'm aware of. Especially if the other computers recognize the Flash drive.
