what order do i put my makeup in?

ok i dont know what order to put on my makeup.. i dont use foundation but i was wondering what order to put it in..thanks

well lets see the word foundation would conotate what?
so lets take an even closer look...

therefore i would say it goes on first....why would you want to put it on after everything else?....it would just cover it all up!

Yes this is how it should go its important to make sure to moisturize and use primer before doing your makeup so you dont harm your skin and it makes your makeup adhere to your skin alot better and makes it look more au naturale and stays on longer. So heres the list. 1. Cleanse, tone, and moisturize your face. (This is important because if you apply makeup to a dirty face you can get zits :O ) 2. After moisturizer has set apply a face primer and eye primer. 3. After primer has set there either two things you can do depending on what kind of makeup you use. A) If your using mineral makeup apply your concealer and then your mineral makeup. B) If your using liquid foundation/makeup apply your foundation and then your concealer. (It makes your makeup look less cakey.) 4. (ONLY if you use liquid foundation) Then set your makeup with a loose powder. 5. Blush & Bronzer 6. Apply your eyeshadow. 7. Eyeliner. 8. Mascara. 9. Brows (that is if you do them) 10. And finally your lips :) Remember though you dont have to wear ALL this makeup! Like I skip steps 5+9. Saying that you don't wear foundation and ask for help with make up is odd, unless you don't wear powder. Foundation prevents powder from clogging your pores, a good foundation has an SPF which also protects your skin. This is the order that I wear my make up, hope it helps.

1. Cleanse
2. Moisturize
3. Foundation (Liquid/Creme to powder)
4. Concealer
5. Powder
6. Mascara
7. Eye Shadow
8. Eye liner
9. Lip balm
10 Lip liner
11 Lipstick
12 Lip gloss

I've always been complimented on my makeup. My routine for years has been:

1: foundation
2: concealor (if you have any blemishes or dark under-eye circles)
3: A light powder
4:Blush
5: Curl eyelashes ( makes a huge difference!)
6: Mascara
7: Top it off with some lip gloss!

Here's the entire process:

1. wash your face
2. use toner
3. use a light moisturizer
4. apply foundation
5. blush-on
6. eye liner
7. eye shadow (some people like to switch #6 and #7)
8. mascara base, then mascara
9. powder to set your make-up
10. lip liner
11. lipstick

Some people like to switch some parts, like do lipstick first then the rest of the make-up. It's up to you, really.
