My co-workers (too lazy to get up and walk over to the 'communal' shredder) sit at their desks all day RIPPING pieces of paper into strips (yeah, like that's really gonna 'erase' any identifiable information on that patient's medical records!)
so I sit in my cubicle trying to work, while all day long.... when I least expect it.... RIIIIIPPPPPP

My co-worker forgets to go back from time to time. Now THAT sucks. also, at the same time as she does come, she complains she's ill and then leaves early, yet all of us understand that the keep we paintings in is basically too staggering for her little hungover eyes and each and each and every of the dope smoke she grow to be respiration in the evening in the previous.

Ha. THAT is annoying! What about doing something annoying yourself - like that tic tac thing from Seinfeld. Elaine gives a weird co-worker tic tacs so she can here him coming a mile away - it was pretty funny actually.
I've had some pretty bad co-workers, but I think what's so bad about your is that they're not doing their work/job......just keep up your good work and rise above 'em!

Create a new e-mail account with the most annoying co-workers' name on yahoo or something and send it to their work e-mail address all day with random messages.
It will drive them crazy!

Wow, that is pretty darn lazy AND irritating.
I would bring it up to your boss that you don't think the documents are being properly shredded. Identity theft is rampant and that's just ridiculous.
You could also try confronting them by asking them to shred their papers if your boss is a wimp, or when you're walking by to shred yours you could ask if they have any to be shredded too...

Well, that is pretty annoying but I own my business and how would you like to deal with my problems with co-workers. I have on black guy that is sort of married (common law) and just had a child with her but he's been touching and kissing on other employees who are white and they don't like it at all. I don't want to lose the guy cause he's one of my best.
So how does my problem correlate with your problem?

ok i think i win. one of the guys i work with is lazy (does half th work i do and strolls around the shop), he isincreadably stupid ( he can be looking at something for a minute and then say 'do u know where this is') he cant pronounce my name (calls me chacha) he calls me honey and sweetheart and gives me kreepy smiles, he wount stop trying to talk to me when i tell him to leave me alone, he leaves me to do all the heavy liftiing while he packs light stuff and worst of all when i complain to managers he makes me out to be racist and no1 takes me seriously on it anymore.
