I think he is from Homeland Security and he wants to make sure he gets a good view when the SWAT team arrives after dark. After some of those questions you posted you are on the list of those they want to nab as potential terrorists. They know what you really meant when you said "I think my Avatar is Hot?" because that is surely the trigger signal for the attack.
