it's easy!
go to the nearest park from your house, talk to a suspicious stranger and ask him to give you some happy pills. go home, lock the door of your room and take the pill, suddenly you'll see the yellow brick road and all the wizzard of oz characters!

I suggest asking the munchkins what they did with it. They probably painted over the yellow and made it some weird blue-ish, red-ish color just to trick people! Evil little suckers....
