I want a good eyeliner - almost certaintly black that does not smudge or come off during the day. It has to be a pencil. Can you also recommend colours for someone who is half Indian, half British? Thankyou!!!

I use Maybelline...it is the old school pencil that comes in the red pencil. If you want it to stay all day honestly run it under a little bit of heat like a match or lighter. This softens the tip and allows it to go on smooth and stay on all day.

Does it have to be a pencil? I'm guessing that since you are requesting a pencil, when applying eyeliner, you pull on the edge of your eyelid to press the point of the pencil against it..... If you do that - STOP IT! you are stretching your skin and allowing for wrinkles at the end of your eyes to set in. If you must use a pencil place the top part of your pinkie finger under your eye, and maneuver your hand to properly apply your eyeliner. For the lower eye lid, place your pinkie finger on your cheek bone and maneuver accordingly.
As far as eyeliner, I personally prefer liquid eyeliner, it stays on longer, it's easier to wash off, and you don't need to resharpen it constantly. To try liquid eyeliner and other related products check out....

Almay is really good at not coming off, but I prefer to use Covergirl. It is easier to come off, but I like that I don't have to scrub my eyelid to get it off. The charcoal and brown colors look good on just about anyone, but I prefer black. Depends on what kind of look you're going for.

Try revlon color stay it stays on all day and hasent smudged on me yet. Hope i helped
