'Invalid' is an example of a homograph, a word that is spelled the same, but has two different pronunciations and meanings. A person really can't be invalid (not acceptable, incorrect, etc). A password could be invalid. A person could be an invalid (unable to function, requiring assistance, etc).

the first deff.- Invalid is when some one is kind of stupid and can't really do anything.

the second Deff.- is when something is not alowed or something.

IN -vuh -lid = a person who is too sick or weak to care for himself or herself


in - VAL - id = not valid, void

Both spelled the same.
