i don't say "that's outrageous"--that must be a regional thing
i do, however say "this is unacceptable" when something is, well unacceptable.
i never "demand" to see the manager, but i have asked a few times

Im white and american and i have never said either one. I think you watch to many movies. Or maybe you r just a big ****-up so everyone, not just "white/americans", say that to you becasue you suck at what you do for a living
