They made one called Pokemon Diamond ( not the one for the NDS) You can download it on this page: http://www.trsrockin.com/downloads.html
The game is a hack of a game called Telefang, and it sucks ***. Actually, you don't "catch" the monsters, you "call" them! On a cellphone! If you have an emulator, you can play it. Not that you would want to.

There are all kinds of crappy knock offs. The most universally known being Yu-gi-oh.
