The existing slab has cracked due to poor compaction of material under it. Leaving internal walls that dont touch the floor , which have cracked also.

I had that problem a few years ago. This was a 50 by 60 bldg. The floor was settled as much as 10 inches in places and one crack was a step up, of the same 10 inches.

I hired a firm to bore 2.5 inch holes, and do what they called mud jack. They forced 5, 20 ton loads of clay dirt, cement, and water mixture under the floor. They brought it back up to close to level, with in an inch. We were afraid to do any more might push out the footings. That was in 1990, and all is well, I check it a couple of times a year.

I am from the states but I would look up under "slab jacking"-this is the general term for this service here in the states-may at least allow you to find a few more names
