I really get overwhelmed from school assignments that I later realize are not hard at all. It's just that they are given during the day when everything is going crazy. Any ideas on how to deal with this?

When you get home, calmly sort out what you're projects are, the requirements for each, and when they are due. Then, set up a schedule for when you want to work on them. This will give you the confidence that you have everything planned out and under control.

I get really overwhelmed at work very easily! I do assignments for my boss, but this assignments are given to me always when i am right in the middle of something else i have been working on! So i can't stay caught up on anything else but my bosses assignments, because he gets mad if i don't start the work he gives me right away and or if i have not met his deadline! It is hard because i think they should hire someone else to either do my boss marks assignments or do what i am always trying to stay caught up on! The other bosses also get mad if i am not staying caught up on the other stuff that is not marks assignments that he gives me! So i am very overwhelmed here at work, it is like i should be more then one person here! There is no winning for losing here!

I'm pretty much in control of my feelings, and I keep my emotions in check, I get overwhelmed when someone is close to me breathing down my neck like the f.b.i. or Marilyn Monroe who's spirit comes to me once in a great while (no, I'm not serious about the spirit part), and I get overwhelmed when I look at how many flowers are written and drawn all across your heart, that doesn't happen often because there is usually a lot of weeds there and a lot of bugs too.

Sounds like you're allowing perception to run away with you. Try writing all your assignments on one sheet each day and when you start feeling overwhelmed look at it.
Break homework into bites. Find one thing on the list and do it. Then another. Do each thing fully, do not think about other homework, just the thing before you.
