i seriously need some help. i am still in stage four. i have race all the events given in the world map and no more outrun. i have go driving around the whole map and nothing happened. what is the problem?? how to reach stage 5?? the coal harbour there is a place which is lock too. how to unlock? thanks!

Open the folder the place the documents are and appropriate click on the report icon. flow to properties and see if the study in basic terms report attributes is on. Thats the only element i'm able to think of of off hand. If the documents are on a CD then reproduction all of them to a HD and attempt re-setting up from the HD.
