A good group include the Broken Lizard Movies ( Beerfest, Super Trooper, Club Dread, Puddle Cruisers)
Old School perhaps
also the South Park Movie

Well first off, any Cheech and Chong movie is great especially Up In Smoke. Though, I would have to say the best smoking movie to me would be Dazed and Confused.
