I think the government should hand out handguns like halloween candy to law abiding citizens....do you?

Armed Good Guy: Bang,Bang, Bang,Bang, Bang, Bang (RELOAD)Bang. "NO"

How about Bad Guy doesn't ask and just takes the money and runs?

I don't think taxpayers want the gov't spending their money on gun handouts. That's why you gotta play paintball or assassin with your friends. Fun times there. Ohhhhh yyyyyaaaaahhhhh...........
