I'm not really sure where your question is coming from.
If you are asking why do people use love as a justification to have sex (ie: if you love me you should have sex with me) then they are using it to manipulate using guilt and fear. This is extremely unhealthy and I'd advise dumping this person. Nobody has the right to do this.
If you are asking why do people use love as a justification for why they are having sex (ie: sure we are young, foolish, have nothing in common but we love each other and want to have sex with each other) then it's a function of the relationship. Of course two people who love each other will want to have sex. If they do or decide to wait, that's their call. But biology will dictate that two people in love will want to have sex.
Sex isn't the definition of love, it's a way people can express and experience their love. But as seen in the first example it can also be used to hurt, humiliate and manipulate, because it is such a personal thing. So one has to be careful how, when and with who they have sex.

Oh well you know, i dont think people really use it as a justification, its just kind of natural to want to have sex with someone you´re attracted to and so definitely with someone you´re in love with. Its just a natural feeling and so people just go with it, unless they want to wait until they get married or for any other reasons they might have.
And well personally, no i dont think that sex is one of the definitions of love, i think that its just like one of the ways of showing affection to someone you feel deeply about (in the case of love that is), but its not part of the reason why you love someone. At least not in my opinion anyway.

Alot of people still have problems with having sex for sex sake, because to them it will make them feel cheap. Adding love to the mix provides justification.

I dont think justification is the right word, in theory when you love someone you want to be close to them and sex is a way to do that
but love isnt really used to justify sex, i dont even think people are trying to justify their sex lives anymore.

love can't ne use as an excuse for sex, fake the feeling or pretend to love someone just to get sex with someone in a rude way to do it , but sex is just sex, and love is love , if you have sex with the person you love, thats great, gratificant , top of the life

A lot of folks equate "sex" with love. "Sex" is a physical act, love is an on going commitment. You can get sex off the street! Love...it finds you.

Are you saying that people only have sex with people they love? That is not my case. Before I was married, I would have sex with people that I hardly knew. Just for the reason that it was easier. I didn't want to settle down. I just wanted to have fun. And I am glad I did that!

because if you tell yourself that you are doing it for love it lessens the cheap sex factor and I know that as a female it always made the situation feel a little bit better... it was easier to say I did it for love then it was to say I did it cause I wanted to be a tramp...
