i want to get my septum done but by my fireend not a professional. and i dont want to die!

The cartilage in your nasal septum is mostly free of blood vessels. There may be some bleeding from the layer of skin on top of it, though.
I would definitely recommend going to a professional. There are too many risks otherwise: infection, bleeding, etc. Professional piercers at least have training and standards.

Why would you let anyone not licensed and board certified in cosmetic surgery perform this procedure on you? To answer your question, YES, there are numerous veins and arteries in your nose. If you sincerely feel that you need a septoplasty, please see a physician who is a qualified surgeon. The risks with doing what you are talking about are so numerous, and even include possibly dying. You were smart to ask, first.
