India is a secular state. Therefore, dont you think they should make conversion legal. It is every persons right to convert from any religion.

Isn't conversion already legal?.. I would think it is considering that India is technically a democracy. It might be discouraged thought becuase of riots and things like that.

Each nation makes its own laws. Because something is lawful in one country does not mean that it should be legal everywhere.
I don't know the laws of India, but whatever they are they must be obeyed.
