Contact your local junior college theater department. I have done volunteer work for ours for the costumes in the plays.
Put an ad in the local thrifty nickel papers.
Contact dry cleaners and see if they allow flyers to be posted. If they do not have a contract alteration service, they generally do.
Look in the phone book for performance groups (dance, modeling, acting, etc) and send them a flyer.
Post your flyers in all the local fabric stores.

i am actually looking for the same thing. i have had a hard time trying to find things like that also.
