Yes.. fear can disrupt the flow of positive mental energy. That's why wise men say 'there's nothing to fear but fear itself.'. However, just be realizing that you are experiencing fear, you can stop fear from disrupting your flow of positive thoughts. Fear causes confusion and doubt, but by understanding fear, you can choose to do what you need to do anyway.

It's important to know what is bothering you - by asking questions yourself when fear grips you.. like.. "what am I afraid of? what's stopping me?, or what's bothering me?" and by rationalizing it, you will find out the source of fear and take control of it. You may still feel afraid, but at least you are aware of it, and you know what to do.

guy o , thanks for that answer. It's so true. Fear can only exist in a hypothetical situation created by your mind. In reality, there is never a reason to fear. Everything happens in the present. And the present is what you consist of. Nothing can overcome your presence, Nothing can resist it. Only a mental projection can cause fear, because your presence is not in it, and because it doesn't exist.

Yes and unfortunately most of us are afraid, even though some of us don't want to admit it. If people weren't so afraid, the world would be a much more peaceful and spiritual place.
