Think it's still ok to use....NOTHING in the inside is damaged...just the gold "United States" wording and the eagle.

it depends who you come across at the border - if they do not like what they see they can delay or deny crossing. if a new passport is needed, you will need to go through the first time procedure with you passport, your state certified copy of your birth certificate and a statement as to what happened. these folks can help you if you have further questions -

it should be ok as long as your picture is ok,,ask the customs or give customs a call to tell them what exactly is damaged,,,good luck
