If He decreated everything then we would have never exist; nor would their be any fossils left of us since we were never created.

God is infinitely good and God in His goodness made everything good. Anything opposed to good does not exist in this world. God gave man free will. We are the only ones who are able to experience bad experience and bad things, which are only the absence of good and in reality non existent. Therefore bad exists only in our minds. Imagine a small village, where everyone only speaks the truth. Falsity will not be known by anyone. The word would itself not have been coined. So don't expect bad from God. It is impossible because God is infinitely good and bad will be only in our minds as we have free will.

Yes I think that would be a great idea. I think she should strart over with ferrets. And We will be the fossils in the ground. Oh first she should cleanse the entire world with a large flood. =)

It all depends on what kind of god you are thinking about. A personalized god or a natural god?
If its a personal god, it would depend on the type of personality of the deity of your choice. If a natural god, chances are that since the universe is mathematical, it could recurr as a variation of the present reality.
