You have to press the menu button on your remote, next to the guide button. Little icons should appear on the bottom of your screen and you choose the DVR icon. Then a menu will pop up with choices such as my recordings, set a recording and so on. Choose my recordings and then all of the shows you have taped will be there. Highlight the one you want and hit enter. Enjoy your show!

On your controller press dvr list at the top. It will bring you to a screen of all you recorded shows. Pick the show you wish to watch and pick select. Then press play the show. You could of just looked at tthe manual though.

Just hit the DVR button on your remote twice and you should get to all your recorded shows. Use the arrows to scroll through and hit Select when you get to the show you want to play. :-)
