I was watching the doctor on Oprah the other day and he said hair is down there to hold a woman's pheremones scent and make her a more desirable mate choice? What do you prefer? Do you find yourselve's more arroused by a natural woman?

Shaving down there is time consuming, uncomfortable, and itchy after even a few hours. No one can shave their junk everyday who has a life. The hair's there for a reason. Arnheim said that lack of pubic hair denotes powerlessness and public hair denotes sexual potency. No wonder men like it shaved. I refuse to. If men don't like it, **** 'em. And to the poster above, if women with hair are so filthy and smelly that even a shower wouldn't help, it stands to reason men are too. So you and all men should practice what you preach shave your filthy balls and dingleberried *** and spray deodorant in your stench trench before spouting off about something you know nothing about.

I think that the permones are still there anyway just don't bath everyday because that gets rid of the scent quicker than keeping it bare. Pheremones are in other places too. This hair thing down there drives me bananas. I wish that guys didn't expect it to be bare.I have come accross guys like this and it's hurtfull. Do you guys know what a complete pain the butt it is to remove hair from your bits??Not to mention having to keep constant vigil on it and doing a contortionist act in order to remove the offending strands. Haha sorry I just had to rant.

Oprah Winfrey would say something like that. I've heard a lot of people from France and Spain make the same argument. They say men are attracted to the scent of smelly pubic hair. Pubic hair is not what attracts men to women. Bare skin is what does that. Men are so visually stimulated. Men want to see what is behind the hair. They don't want to see a bird's nest down there. Oprah is probably too lazy to shave her pubic hair. That may be another reason why she said that. I have also heard rumors that Oprah is a lesbian. Lesbians prefer to have some body hair. I don't think most of them shave their pubic hair.

Good question. I think that scent thing over cleanliness may be the controversy for men. Some may not care whether it is clean or not and others may actually prefer it because of the scent it leaves and others because it is clean for....you know. So maybe it only matters if the man is into oral or not.

It depends on the guy, you cant please them all so do what feels best for you. I personally like mine completely shaved, my fiance loves it, since there is nothing there to get in the way. I dont agree with the Dr, hair also keeps the sweat in, so i believe this would make it smell, and im not talking the pheremones.

That may be true if she lives in some primitive society where everyone is naked and doesnt' bathe ( such as greenville, S.C.) but in America the pheremoans get washed off every day and her**** is covered by clothing, and if a guy is sticking his nose in her crotch he has already said yes to her as a mate choice. I'm attracted to anyone who doesnt have a wiener between there legs so it would'nt matter to me.
that doc is probably a gay who read that in a book
BTW I know napoleon told Josephine not to bathe for this reason, so I'm not the total moron you people think I am.

I find Brazilians scary actually. Imagine a man shaving it all off down there, and you'd be horrified because he looks like a young boy. Well, it'd work for some girls I suppose, but still.. I prefer 'natural' though it's better kept neat.

get rid of that smelly bush, it's in the way for most of the fun stuff, no kidding billy has known women with long wire like hair, OUCH, it can't feel good to her either.
