Are you keeping these outside in a pond?

Peas are always a good idea for goldfish and koi. Koi aren't as picky about their diets as most fish. Any leafy green veggie will do cut in smaller pieces. By nature they do eat grass. An occasional earthworm is great in addition to your pond pellets.

To retain the color of your koi, I would suggest a color enhanced food every now and then.

The Koi pond pellets actually contain a color enhancer. I would stick mostly to those and add the veggies every now and then.

PS, koi are very curious fish. For added entertainment, try adding a plastic ball to float on the water surface. Large enough they cannot get it in their mouths (If you have room) I have round solar balls in my outside ponds in summer. The fish push them around the pond all day long. (Keeps them entertained I guess)

Best food for sturgeons are sinking food, their mouths are on the bottom and they usually 'graze' the bottom of the pond, you can buy sturgeon food in most aquatic shops. But it can be expensive, so sinking catfish pellets are good as well!
As for your koi and goldfish any colour enhancing food can be used for both of them!

Hope that helps,

Goldfish pellets are good for both of those, but I would be sure to add in some fresh veggies from time to time such as collard greens, zucchini and the like. Both of those fish will benefit greatly from the extra vegetable matter.
