why do we still have destitudes in our world today?

Destitudea are every where you turn your head, and there are people in this world that can accomodate and build apartments for the less previledged bcus of their wealth( so enomous), Still people are in need o shelter.

There are somethings that you are not taking into account. There are many people out on the streets that have somewhere to go. They just choose the street life. There are many people out on the streets who just pretend to be destitute. But when they are done begging at the end of the day, they drive home in their nice big cars to a nice big house.

I agree, there are people who could actually be helped by the things you are proposing, but a larger number of people need a different kind of help. Many of them are mentally ill and need help with those problems. Many of them have just lost the will to live in a regular society. They need help with those problems.

I am afraid that your solution would only solve a very small portion of the problem. And for those that it would truly help, they normally find their way out of the bad situation fairly quickly.
