The mic works and records my vocals, but, during recording i cant here myself in the headphones, what do i need to do to fix this annoying problem

You will need to check out the settings in your PC mixer, check settings for recording AND playback and make sure the mic is open in both. For more details check:

If you are using Audacity, there is a setting to choose in options which selects whether you hear the mic during the recording. If you're not using Audacity - use it ! it's free, you can download from the downloads page of the website I listed above

Check the Audio options. It is possible that the headphones are disabled; If you are using the PCs native capabilities, that should be fine.
Under some circumstances, you can Y cable the Input, so that the Input and Headphone use the same jack.
Another possibility might be that the recording software has muted the Headphone jack. So best to check both Audio card, as well as the recording software option settings.
