Well two postitive pregnancy tests this morning confirmed that I am pregnant with our second child. I want to write a message on a shirt that I will put on my son for my husband to see when he comes home.. now I am not sure what to put on it... I dont just want to say "I am going to be a big brother" I find tat a bit boring and overused. Something a bit different.
Please give me ideas on good words... if you have other ideas besides the shirt, please tell me :)

I LOVE the idea about putting a shirt on your kid for your husband to see. its really cute.
just write down something like "i am not sharring a room with her/him so we better move"
or something funny.
oh yeah

With this pregnancy(my 2nd as well), we wrapped up a pr of pink booties and a pink bib that read "I love my big brother" on it, and had our 2 yr old open this present in front of the whole family at christmas dinner. It was amazing, I don't know what I'm having, but with a boy already, I thought it would make the family more anxious and excited seeing the pink!
That said, Maybe write "World's Best Brother" or something along those lines.

Put that on your sons shirt, and get him to tell your husband what the secret is. That would be too cute, if he talks, lol, not sure on the age.

He is your husband, it's not realy a good ideal breaking the news of your being pregnant for him on the second child by syle expect on the contrary, if he had told you that he does not need another child, but if there is nothing like that earlier and the pregnancy comes, accept it as a gift from God , then prepare a wonderful favourite meal of your husband for dinner, go ahead and tell him, i mean be happy to tell him in this way: if you want, you can say Honey, Darling, Sweetheart, Mine, Dear, Loveth, Sweety or Daddy whichever one makes him happy and proud, then, say "I am blessed again; i'm carrying our second child, i mean i'm pregnant". how many months or weeks are you? because i was going to say in front of the shirt you could have put "LOOK OUT DADDY HERE COMES ANOTHER" and on the back of it you could have had the picture of the ultrasound. i think that would be a cute {(original)} way to tell him

How about putting one of your tests in an old feeding bottle (if you still have the one used for your son) and putting a 'post-it' note saying, "Hello Daddy! I'm arriving in ___ " (whichever month the baby is going to arrive) and put it where he will find it. :-)

I think that you should put on the shirt something that rhymes... something like Two little darlings instead of one, means twice the joy and twice the fun!!!

Buy a length of cotton fabric (1.97/yd in Walmart) and paint the words on it. Hang it with a happy dinner.

You should just confront your husband and tell him you're pregnant with another child, don't be afraid to admit it to him, after all, he's the father of that child, it's not your fault you got pregnant, it might not have even been your choice for antoher child.

Dont hesitate to tell the man that you are pregnant if precaution is not taken then expect anything at anytime , just tell him that another one is on the way, you just discover, If is his what can he say.

make a shirt that says, "Adding a Pea to our Pod" ..
then draw One Big Pod and 2 big peas (you and hubbie) 1 smaller pea (son) and one tiny pea in a baby carriage :)
