Take a bite of pancake, drink syrup out of a mug. Works great! If using butter, lick it off the knife before drinking syrup.

Put a piece of pancake in your mouth, then pour some syrup in. It'll all go down together.

cut your pancakes up before putting on the syrup. that's what I do with my 5 year old's pancakes. That way you don't douse them with syrup and every piece gets a fair amount on them and they are already in bite sites pieces so all you gotta do is pick em with Ur fork and eat it.

Put your pancakes in a bowl then pour the syrup on top of them, if it still runs off at least they'll be soaking in it.
