I need to get to carnival cruise terminal--port carnival from the orlando airport taxi is crazy high for price--- carnival has a shuttle 70$per person round trip but is there a train or trolly or something im not talking amtrak i am talking about public transportation does orlando have a train?

If you have 3 or 4 people, you will probably be better of taking a private transfer to Port Canaveral. For smaller parties the shuttle is less, but for larger parties, private transfers are the way to go.

Also, make sure that you don't have transfers included already. If you booked the air with Carnival, more than likely you already have them.

As far as I know, the shuttle or private transfer is going to be the least expensive option.

It will be a whole lot easier just to take the Carnival shuttle. The trip from MCO to Port Canavaral is around 1.5 hour drive. You don't want to have stress on vacation. The cruise ship shuttle is soooo easy.

If lived and worked in Orlando in the tourist industry, I have several ways to get you there cheap.
