my and my boyfriend have been in a relationship a while now but im a very jealous person an i always worry im goin to lose him, that he is going to leave me and today he told me (accidently) he sliped up !! dat when he is out he has had quiet a few girls come up to him an try chat him up an flirt with him well this has made me more insecure than ever !!! i worry even worse now every time he is out i panic i think im going to have a break down if this carries on HELP !!!

sorry to be harsh nat but i think you're just going to have to learn to trust him. it's a good thing that he has told you about the girls that chat him up, hes not hiding anything from you. i'm sure you get chatted up too, and you know that its your boyfriend that you want! maybe try and talk to him, explain how you're feeling and maybe get him to text you a couple of times when he's out, show that it's you on his mind!! xxx

You're definitely heading for a trainwreck the way you're thinking babes. You say you're a very jealous person but that's something you can change. You say it like you're naturally that way!! A sure fire way to make a man run for the hills is to start bein a clingy anxious needy girlfriend!! Rem emotions are infectious n if you act that way then he will start mirroring your behaviour and withdraw from you. If you act positively he will respond the same way. In your question you said girls have chatted him up remember, not the other way around!! Don't turn something great into a disaster jus by lettin fears take over. Good luck x x x

You need to chill out and grow some confidence! Nothing is more unattractive and unappealing than a pathetic girlfriend who acts desperate and is always worried she's going to lose you! You need to remind your boyfriend why YOU are the greatest thing to ever happen to him! Dress a little nicer, be a little sexier, smile a lot more, and turn the tables on him! But stop being so pathetic or you really will lose him to a woman who is happy, sexy, and confident!

Hey i'm sorry to say this insecurity is caused my your lack of confidence and self worth, ever heard the saying you must love yourself before you can love anyone else well babe this is very true, try looking at why you feel so insecure and lack confidence and work on building that up even if it means getting help from professional, otherwise your jealousy and insecurities will loose you your man. every woman should love herself and feel confident no matter what they look like or who they are. good luck i hope it works out for you x

If hes told you accidently or not then I dont think hes gonna cheat. Men like the fact other women find them attractive, and Im betting that he wont cheat on you. I used to be very jealous but I learned to control it, you can too!

Think we've all been in that situation at one time or another. And it may not feel like it,but you should be proud that other girls chat him up-at least you know he's not a minger! You're the girl he comes home to,not them.Make him proud of you-be brave,hold your head high,smile through gritted teeth and believe in him.

look girl, insecurity is the worst feeling that you can feel. im married now and i have the same feelings. i just cant trust my husband and i know that he loves me but i cant help it. if you are having these feelings you should take a brake away from each other. its not a healthy reletionship its going to destroy you emotionally. and he is going to be unhappy. maybe if you take time apart you will find out if its really love.

I get that way sometimes too. Just let it go. Assume that he loves you because he is with you and not anyone else. You have to be secure and confident inyourself. DO NOT be too jealous, no matter how much you want to be. Even if he loves you, jealousy will drove him away!

Jealousy destrys many a relationship, it is more of a disease than an emotcion I believe, you can get councelling but it is few and far between, If you don't relax around him you will drive him away. Good Luck

u have to learn to trust him. if u always worry that u gonna lose him, u will. either someone will take him away from u or u will drive him away with ur jealousy. trust him. the girls may chat with him but he is still with u. but if udon't trust him, he may find these girls more attractive and leave u.
