I am going to be traveling through Pennsylvania today on I 80. is it open.

It is a local news station that has all the road closures. As of 7am this morning I-80 remains closed.

The governor announced that PA turnpike fees are free today to encourage people to take the turnpike rather than the other interstates in PA. If they aren't closed, there is a lot of traffic.
