I believe it's fake, i mean, if you think about it its creases on your hands, mostly everyones got the same exact ones. inside your body is blood flow,skin, bone, tissue and what not. has nothing to do with whats going to happen to you in the future, thats just my opinion on the matter. i do how ever believe in people that can sense things into the future, but because of a strong mind or a supernatural sense, like a 6th sesnse. I dont think your hands have anything to do with it =)
