Next week's episode is named "Some kind of miracle" so I really don't think she's dead, but does anyone know whats going on.

she can not die. absolutly not=] i love her and mcdreamy together. and i think that something will happen with that Jane Doe lady and maybe when they showed some of the doctors like yang being all confused, maybe it was with her. i think something will happen with her baby. but if Grey dies, i dont know what i will do. I dont think i will be able to watch it anymore=[ but on another show One Tree Hill, a character had a "dream" similar to merediths and he woke up. so i believe that she will realize the dream and just wake up to be with Derick. and i think that it was so sad when he was sitting in the hallway crying because he wasn't allowed in the room. I cried a lot this episode. on a website i saw that there was like a Top 10 most worthless show characters and Dr. Burke was #5. so i am surprised that nothing happened to him.=] sorry so long!:)

At the end Denny is standing there, I thought that was kind of freaky. Shes like, "Am I dead" and his reply is "yes" But I don't think she will die. She is a major part of the show. She will probably be in a coma. I can't wait to see next weeks episode. I wonder what type of things Denny will say to her to tell Izzy.

I don't believe that next week is the end of the season. The season is not over until May. I think she will be "dead" for a bit just to have some drama, but, they will be working on her the whole time trying to bring her back.

Meredith does die...but she is revived (and someone unlikely is the one responsible for saving her). It may seem far fetched given the amount of time she was underwater. But given that it was cold water, it has been known to happen. Even though she does survive, someone will die next week. More likely than not it will be Merediths mother, who is supposed to be having heart surgery.

I think that she doesn't die next week; but she won't recover either since that episode is the last of the season. So, look for a coma or some BS like that to keep you hanging on for next year to start.

The show is name after her, so I know that she will not die. She is going to flat line and Chang will problemly flip and do something to bring her back.
I know what every happen will change all of them.

She will absolutely not die. If anyone dies it will be Burke because of his anti gay remarks to George on the set. That could be the "devastating conclusion."
