Where can I the teen pregnancy mod for free. And is also reliable to not messing up my game?

Check on Modthesims2 or Insimenator. They both have sections for mods and dowloads. I frequent Mod a lot and Insim has some great mods.
I've never had that hack/mod, so I don't know if it messes up your game. Sorry.

There is the Light and Death Tombstone cheat. i havent used it in a while though, so my instructions might be a bit wrong. 1. type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true 2. hold shift and then click on the girl that you wanna get pregnant. 3. keep clicking more until you find the option that says 'L&D Tombstone' 5. a tombstone should appear. click on the tombstone and then you can figure the rest out. the guy that you want to be the father has to be in the same room as the girl though, otherwise his name won't come up. 6. when the girl is pregnant, click on the tombstone again and click on speed pregnancy if you're impatient with the pregnancy thing 7. eh voila! a little boy/girl. you dont get to pick the gender. :(

Won't mess up your game, the most popular teen pregnancy mod for the sims 2 since most other mods and downloads are made compatible with it and if not it says so.
