To unlock the arenas beat the challenge mode in the locker room. To beat challenge mode do it on two player. then only simulate the card for the matches. skip all the matches until the rosters are empty. (The superstars contracts will expire. you don't need to renew the contract just keep simulating the card even though there are no rosters) since one of the shows has more fans than the other at the end of the year it doesn't matter what GM wins you will get the trophy.
