Go on Holiday of course!!!!
Not the cheapest of options, but great to lie around all day with friends and get mega drunk in the evenings!! Maybe even a bit of sight seeing. Repeat for 7 x days!

put lots of sun tan lotion of 15SPF or more on your face. then on your body but you don't have to put as much lotion on. go to the beach and lie there. every 3 hours apply the lotion. do this about 2-3 times to get a nice tan depending on how dark you want your tan to be. hope that helps! ~.^

Well Going to a tanning salon will get you tanned quicker, but don't over do it. And of course the sun! But I wouldn't use those self tanning lotions, they suck big time. No matter how much they tell you , "it doesn't streak".. It does streak and makes your skin look orange and not tan at all.

Do Not Try! Tanning is the skins reaction to sun and it's effort to protect it from the sun. Tanning indicates unsafe exposure to the sun and should be avoided.
If you really have to have one - buy it in a bottle.

Use a self tanner. I use Sublime Bronze Med-Dark by Lo real its works the best and its only about $8.00 and you can get it almost anywhere.

This stuff is a miracle. Its got this unique self tanner made of sugar that doesn't turn orange or streak, plus it has silk particles to make your legs look silky with a little color. Its called Silk Stockings.

either in the sun, bit difficult in england, and then theres the skin cancer thing! my advice go to a tanning shop and get a spray tan! they're fab, u go into a private booth, strip off and get sprayed by a machine. very cheap lasts a while, and u dont have to worry about skin cancer!!!
