Living in a dorm isn't scary, but i would recommend not living with a roommate. Especially if they are your friend. I lost my best friend from high school because i lived with her in a dorm room. Having your own room is much easier.

no. why would it be scary. living in the dorms in college is some of the best times you'll ever have. that is if you're social, if not, then it prolly sucks.

If you have good friends, it helps. It should not be scary, it should be fun... but like any new adventure, there is a bit of a fear of the unknown. Do the right thing, hang out with the right crowd, and you will be fine.

no.. but you don't always get to choose your roommates (assuming you have them) At first I hated my roommates, but then I got to know them and we were all best friends.. and we were all so different. I was a swimmer and they all played basketball.... Try to get involved with activities and get to know everyone that lives in student housing.. I did the opposite and wish I would have been more social, it makes the college experience sooo much better

no its loads of fun just got be the jackass that tells the RA about everything. Lay back do school work and enjoy the partys.
