I occasionally get tiny ones in the middle of my breasts. I think it's caused from sweat particles building up here.
It does take awhile to heal because the skin is not as tough and vigorous as say your arm or back or even your face as this area of us doesn't see much sun.
As annoying as it is to have a dot here it will eventually go away on it's own it just takes time.

Of course, get in touch with OB/GYN first thing Monday but if you are really need some peace ASAP and I know where your are coming from, go to ER or Walk In emergent care center if there is one near you, It will cost about $100 but the peace of mind is worth it. However, even it the ER says it's okay, you still should follow up because two months is too long for this to go on. The underside of the breast where skin meets skin can be hard to heal because the area gets no oxygen. Can become easily infected and stay that way. Infection can form etc. Needs follow up no matter what. A sore that doesn't heal should never be left unchecked no matter where it is. PS Call you OB/GYN anyway. The on-call doctor may be able to give you some information. Also, when did you have your last mamogram. I hope in the past year. Hope this helps.

I think its pretty ornamental. I can imagine how sexy your breast would be looking with a pimple on it. Don't worry about it, let it go. You must be looking beautiful because only beautiful girls have such things on their breasts.........Your boyfriend must be very very lucky.
